1. About Wristruments

Wristruments is a guitar learning application designed for Apple Watch, currently in pre-launch development. The Site serves as a marketing and waitlist page for the upcoming product. Features, pricing, availability, and specifications are subject to change before launch.

2. Waitlist

By joining our waitlist, you:

• Provide your email address voluntarily and consent to receiving product updates and launch announcements from Wristruments
• Understand that joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a specific launch date, or any particular pricing
• Agree that we may contact you at the email address provided for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy
• Can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at hello@wristruments.com

Joining the waitlist creates no contractual obligation on either party. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the waitlist or the product at any time.

3. Pre-Launch Disclaimers

All product descriptions, screenshots, features, and specifications shown on this Site represent our current development intent and may change before or after launch. Any mention of an "App Store Rating," lesson count, waitlist size, or other statistics reflects early or projected data and is provided for illustrative purposes only.

The App Store badge and "Coming Soon" notice indicate the product is not yet publicly available. No purchase or commitment is made by viewing this Site.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, video, and the "Wristruments" name and branding — is the exclusive property of Wristruments and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from this Site without our prior written consent, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed $100 USD.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring a claim before the courts of your country of residence.
