We do not collect names, payment information, location data, or device identifiers through this Site. We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or session recording tools.

2. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, which may process your data as described:

• HubSpot — We use HubSpot to store and manage waitlist submissions. When you submit your email, it is transmitted to HubSpot's servers. HubSpot is headquartered in the United States and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. See HubSpot's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — Our Site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. This causes your browser to make a request to Google's servers, which may log your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy.

• Notify you when Wristruments launches or enters early access
• Send product updates and announcements (infrequently)
• Respond to direct inquiries you send to us

Our service provider HubSpot stores data on servers primarily in the United States. By using our Site, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries.
